Temp&Note stores notes locally on your device and does not currently provide a Developer-operated backup or account system. ImSharaf Studios ordinarily cannot access, retrieve, or restore your notes.
Do not email passwords, government identification numbers, full payment-card details, private medical records, confidential work documents, or the content of sensitive notes.
Where are my notes stored?
Notes and attachments are designed to remain locally on your device. Temp&Note does not currently provide CloudKit note synchronization or Developer-operated cloud storage.
What happens when a temporary note expires?
It is designed to move to Recently Deleted. Notes are designed to remain recoverable there for up to fourteen days unless restored or permanently deleted sooner.
Can support recover a deleted note?
No. Because note content is stored locally and is not sent to ImSharaf Studios, support ordinarily cannot retrieve or restore deleted notes.
Are notes backed up?
Temp&Note does not provide its own backup feature. Local App data may be included in an iCloud device backup or computer backup depending on Apple’s behavior and your settings, but inclusion and restoration are not guaranteed.
How do I stop camera or photo access?
Open the Settings app on your device, find Temp&Note, and change the applicable permission.
How do I protect Lock Screen content?
Review notification previews, widgets, Live Activities, Face ID or Touch ID, and Lock Screen settings on your device. Avoid displaying sensitive content outside the main App.
How do I report a security issue?
Email imsharafstudiossupport@gmail.com with the subject “Security Report.” Do not publicly exploit or disclose a vulnerability before giving us a reasonable opportunity to investigate.

Because App content stays locally on your device, ImSharaf Studios generally cannot access or delete note content for you. We can review requests relating to support communications or other information you voluntarily provided directly to us.
